This page is dedicated to questions that are often asked. So to help you and myself, please read through the pages before sending an email/notecard with your question. Thanks!

1) Missing an item? I don’t know about you, but I’ve noticed SL has been having some major problems with transactions lately so there’s a good chance it didn’t deliver an item you purchased. Have no fear, just go to your account page on the secondlife.com website and view your transaction history (it’s a link on the right hand side when viewing your account). Find your purchase and include the transaction number, date, time, and of course the outfit and paste it on a notecard. Send it to Apple May and I will replace the item asap.

2) Can I exchange my outfit? Simply put, no. All of my items are no transfer so you will not be able to transfer the item back to me for an exchange.

3) Can I have a refund? I only issue refunds for double purchases, this means you might have accidentally bought the same outfit twice or lag might have charged you twice. I will happily refund you if this is a case, just provide the transaction history on a notecard and send it to Apple May. You can find how to get that info by reading question #1

4) I own a club and would like for you to sponsor it I’m really sorry but I do not participate in sponsorship in any club.

5) Would you like to rent a vendor space at my mall? Most likely no. I am not looking for vendor spots at this time. If I do stumble upon your mall and would like a space I will contact you.

6) Do you currently have an affiliate vendor of some sort? No, after a lot of thought I’ve decided that at this time it’s not the thing for me, sorry!

7) I’ve created an alt for (fill in your reason here). Will you restock my inventory of items I’ve purchased in the past? I’m sorry, but there are many reason’s why I have to say no to this question. I’m sure you understand.
